The client is one of the largest contingent workforce management companies operating in Facility Management, Emergency Response Service, and Solid Waste Management. All these divisions constitute more than 56000 employees. The wage calculation of these employees is a complex calculation based on various parameters like shift timings, nature of work, base pay variances, etc. Carrying out these complex calculations in excel was a task and accuracy was a challenge also maintaining the confidentiality of such huge data was not easy.

The client required a secured solution that can automate the wage calculation of the employees across all the locations including remote ones.

Probus developed a customized solution keeping in mind the ongoing challenges and the future needs of the client.

A single solution was developed which takes care of employee onboarding, New sites creation and deployment of resources, user management, attendance capturing & monitoring, wage calculation, and salary processing.

The system also provided site wise view of each site's performance and profitability analysis.

Through this system, the client was able to seamlessly onboard employees across 110 cities and process their salaries accurately. Based on the reports generated and data shared by the system, the client now has complete visibility of each of their sites and can control and manage the sites better extracting optimum performance.
